Instead of dealing with unreliable freelancer marketplaces where you have to do all the heavy-lifting, or using slow-moving agencies that can often be expensive, marketers and creatives from startups and large organizations have chosen to work with Maado to scale their creative output.

Since the Ethiopian/ Global brand is still in the early stages we realized we could not help talent find good work by gatekeeping our talent.
To do the best we can to help Maado talents secure work we promote them fully. In doing so the typical model of charging for the talent we source does not work for us.

We thus made the decision to focus on our mission first and we promote the talent we support without reservation. We are fully community supported and you can also help us make a difference.
